RESPONSIBILITY

The responsibility of KUTLU TOURS Company is strictly limited. As a tour operator, KUTLU TOURS organizes , promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services , including but not limited to , surface transportation , sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations which KUTLU TOURS purchases or reserves from various suppliers . The suppliers providing travel services for KUTLU TOURS programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of KUTLU TOURS or any subsidiary company. For all other purposes , KUTLU TOURS does not act as an agent for any party ^whatsoever.

KUTLU TOURS is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers of any air carrier or their respective employees , agents , servants or representatives including , without limitation their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons , receipts and tickets are issued subject to the term and conditions specified by the suppliers and /or carriers. By utilizing the travel services of suppliers ,you agree that neither KUTLU TOURS nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be liable for any accident, injury , property damage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection -with any accommodations , transportation or other travel services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including , but not limited to , acts of terrorism , defects in vehicles , break down of equipment, strikes , theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. Whereas KUTLU TOURS and the participating airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads , car rental contractors , steamship lines, hotels , bus operators , sightseeing contractors and others who provide the actual land arrangements. We are not liable for any act .omission .delay .injury, loss , damage or nonperformance occurring in connection with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. These tour programs are planned in advance, if between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond KUTLU TOURS control require changes , KUTLU TOURS reserves the right to vary itinerary and substitute components of tour programmes.Remember that all travel documents , as well as compliance with customs regulations , are your responsibility . The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in this brochure. The terms under which you agree to take these tours cannot be changed or amended except in writing , signed by an authorized officer or agent of KUTLU TOURS or its subsidiary companies.

CANCELLATIONS ; KUTLU TOURS reserves the right to cancel any tour except those bearing the guaranteed departure seal prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If KUTLU TOURS cancels any tour, tour members mil receive full refund of monies paid.

LAND ARRANGEMENTS

The Tour Operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, KUTLU TOURS will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. The Tour operator reserves the right to change the hotels listed on the tour for others of similar quality.

POSSIBLE CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

Occassionaly ,the land portion of your tour may be extented or curtailed because of unforeseen changes in the transportation schedules. There may also be other instances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any saving realized by these changes mil be passed on the passengers , any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passengers.

NOT INCLUDED INLAND COST

Passport and visa fees , inoculations and vaccinations , any expenses prior arrival in Turkey , camera fees, airport departure taxes , excess baggage forwarding of baggage and souvenirs , meals not specified as being included , after dinner tea or coffee , any beverages such as mineral water , soft drinks or liquor (if not otherwise included ).

PASSPORT AND DOCUMENTA TION

It is required to have a valid passport issued at least six months prior to the day of entry to Turkey. For more specific visa requirements , please contact the relevant consulate for current information.

TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY

Travel health insurance is included in all our tour prices as long as clients are "within borders of Turkey.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We reserve the right, upon reasonable grounds , to refuse any passenger any part of the travel services.

SMOOKING; Smoking is prohibited on motor coaches.

SURFACE TRANSPORTATION

Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private coach or midibus or minibus or car. Depending upon size of group.

PRICE GUARANTEE; Prices guaranteed once full payment is received.

HOTELS

De-luxe , First Class or best available in each itinerary and based on two persons sharing

twin - bedded accomadation with private bath / tube or a single room facility may also be obtained

upon request of clients.

TRANSFERS

All necessary group transfers between stations ,and hotels are included throughout the tours. Porterage is included.

SIGHTSEEING

Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is provided by new model motor coach , midibus , minibus or private car depending upon the size of the group and including of Japanese or English speaking guides. Entrance fees to all places in the itinerary are also included.

TIPS AND TAXES

Included are basic service charges and taxes as imposed by hotels and local governments. NOT INCLUDED; tips to your guides/drivers and escort which are left to tour members discretion.

DISABILITY

Any physical or menthol disability requiring special treatment must be reported to KUTLU TOURS at the time of reservation.
